So it has been a couple weeks and I've been very busy working on seeking out some big scores for the upcoming holidays. The nights are growing longer and some of those dusty bottles of barleywines and imperial stouts have been slowly pulled to the front of the cellar. I am currently working out some blog kinks and have some things in the works to keep this blog active and informative as we slowly draw closer to 2013. As always any comments and feedback are much appreciated but for now a quick glimpse into the last few weeks of foraging and tasting !

Just arrived from my friend in St. Louis, some 4Hands that I can't wait to try...
And finally some grabs for this weekend including a trip to Oxbow to fill up on some growlers a bottle of BAFPA Batch#4 and a couple of kegs of Space Cowboy and Freestyle #11 (not pictured) for a house party... Also pictured a couple 4pks of Heady some Goose Island BCS Cherry Rye, 2012 Brooklyn Black Ops and Dogfish Heads new collaboration with italian brewers baladin and birra del borgo... what a week !
And a quick pick from a few weeks ago when the Bottle Forager made a special appearance at Oxbow Brewing Company for their annual "Goods from the Woods".
